Abdul Halim Mondal
Mr. Abdul Halim Mondal was graduated in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2008. Mr. Mondal’s professional career spans about 15 years in the Information Technology sector. He has worked as Data Warehouse Specialist, Tester and Developer for an internationally reputed IT firm. Till date he has worked in 6 high values projects in IT sector with Annuity, Life Insurance and Retirement Solutions. Mr. Mandal is conversant in a plethora of computer languages namely, ORACLE, PL/SQL, Unix, HTML, Java Script, and Core Java. He has also proven mastery in several special purpose tools, namely, IBM Cognos8 BI, IBM Cognos Datamanager, Data Stage, Qlikview, Microsoft PowerBI, SAP Business Object, Oracle, and SQL server Database. Mr. Mondal has successfully completed several professional certifications, namely, AWS Certified Solution Architect – Associate, IBM Cognos 8.4 Metadata Models, IBM Cognos 8.4 BI Author, Financial Markets: A Beginners’ Module.
Mr. Mondal is one of the Directors and Co-founder of Magtech.
Mr. Debnath Graduated was in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 2008. After that, he has worked in large scale construction projects across India. Mr. Debnath has about 16 years of industry experience. Mr. Debnath’s main area of expertise are planning and contract management. Previously, Mr. Debnath held positions like Head- Planning & Contract Management in Punj Lloyd Ltd, Execution, Project & Contract Management in Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. He was also Technical Director of 10-D Educational & Development Trust and started Partnership venture in Horticulture Project.

Prasanta Debnath
Munshi Golam Zilani
Mr. Zilani was graduated in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 2008. After graduation Mr. Zilani joined Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. (Formerly known as Reliance Energy Ltd.) at Raghunathpur as Graduate Engineer Trainee in 2008 and then rose up to rank of Deputy General Manager in March 2020. From April 2020 to Jul 2023, Mr. Zilani was Managing (and founding) Partner for Ten-D Biodiesel LLP. Mr. Zilani’s main areas of expertise are Construction & Project Management, Strategic Planning, Quantity Survey & Billing & Engineering Coordination, Vendor Management, On-site Execution and Business Development.
Mr. Zilani is the CEO and Co-founder of Magtech.
Mr. Konar is a seasoned professional with natural skills in Leadership, Networking and Business Development, Strategic Planning & Execution and highly trained in Analytic Hydrology. Mr. Konar was graduated in Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 2007 and Master of Engineering (Water and Environment) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 2010. Previously, Mr. Konar has held the post of Consultant – Environment, Hydrology & Drainage, BUH-Water & Environment, Strategic Partner, Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Professor, Senior Research Fellow, Research Assistant and Site Engineer. Kunal is also life member of several professional and social organizations such as Indian Water Resources Society, Association of Hydrologists of India, Indian Association of Hydrologist, Jadavpur University Alumni Association.
Mr. Konar has about 17 years of professional experience which covers almost all sub-domains of Civil Engineering. More specifically these sub-domains are Construction, high-end consultancy projects in Irrigation Engineering, Flood Management and Forecasting, Decision Support System, Climate Change Analysis, Hydrometeorological Data Analysis, Urban Drainage etc. He is conversant with plethora of software/tools such as R, Python, ArcGIS, HEC-GeoHMS, HEC-HMS, HEC-DSSVue, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, QGIS, HEC-GeoRAS, MS Office Suites, AutoCAD etc.
Mr. Konar is also a certified data scientist with special emphasize on hydro-meteorological data analysis, and a certified geospatial analyst. Mr. Konar also have a professional certification on Financial Analysis.
Currently, Mr. Konar is working as Strategic Partner in Magtech.
